However, experience also shows that it is far more

locks the student into poor thinking and avoidance of more
difficult aspects of solution generation as they think that
your comment is cast in stone. Nevertheless, if the ground-
work of trigger questions has been laid thoroughly,
throughout the module, on a progressive basis, then more
effective learning and satisfactory solutions can be achieved.
Today’s customers –students/lecturers- are more
demanding of the means by which materials and
information are presented to them and by its ease of access.
To this end case studies need to address the needs and
wants of the customers rather than just that of the
developer/user. The arrival of COVID-19 has materially
impacted on case study development, delivery, and use.
