List 2
Product: what is the product the temple is offering
Information: what information should the temple gather
to inform its decision making
Systems: what systems/processes should the temple
have in place, or be developing to ensure
successful implementation
Structure: what structure should the temple follow to
achieve its goals and objectives
Technology: is the level of technology adopted by the
temple appropriate to the situation
Application: did the temple dry run or BETA test their
solution and if not, should they have
Knowledge: seeking outside knowledge is generally a
good thing but blind acceptance of the
findings, unless well supported, can be
disastrous
Evaluation: Evaluation, not simply of the technology is
called for. It should be future oriented and
geared to goal achievement
Although there is merit in the list offered. Individually,
each element, on its own, is simply a platitude until they
are examined, tested and effectively seen holistically and
effectively implemented. It is this last stage where most
strategies fail.
