Therefore, there is the necessity to delve deeper into
both the problem and its solution.

                 The Experts

An option open to companies is to seek outside advice.

Experts often provide actions and solutions that play to

the expectations of their clients. Simply put experts solve

what they are told is the problem. It is down to the client

to provide not only notification of the problem but also

the context in which it is based.

Generally, it is better for management to have a clear

idea of what business they are in, what problem is facing

them, and who their customer is before calling in outside

experts. However, in terms of the Temple of Heaven
religious park management they seem to have a problem

                 over all questions.

To this end it may be suggested that the Shoulian

Zhineng hygiene company could not see the trees for the

wood. Their high-tech solutions certainly address the

problem of pilferage and their selection of facial

recognition on the basis of hygiene is laudable but it does

point to process orientation rather than customer

orientation. It does not address the holistic nature of the

                 problem and potential, unforeseen consequences.
