                continued to radically overall its operating structure to

                fortify its earning power.


                Isozaki also wanted to develop the company’s craft beers

                globally saying;



                “We are just one company we cannot do it alone no matter

                how hard we try. We need to work together with a lot of
                craft beer companies. I want to expand the range of craft

                beer and I want craft beer to ignite a movement here [in

                Japan]. (2)
