•  improve (or at least maintain) profitability,

                       •  improve turnover,

                       •  increase sales, market share, or ROI,

                       •  maintain customer satisfaction, corporate image,

                       •  employee morale, safety,

                       •  retain flexibility, and/or

                       •  minimize environmental impact.




               All of which factors should be measurable, at least to the
               point of comparison, such as alternative A will improve

               profitability more that alternative B and be related directly

               to the problems developed from diagrams 4 and 5.

               Alternatives should then be evaluated and ranked and

               finally recommendations and justifications given.
