* PACKAGING:
Packaging is derived from the concept of
bundling wherein the associated services are
used as complementary like transport, food,
sightseeing packages, accommodation, etc. In
addition, it is a way in which the core product
is augmented and made more presentable to
the visitors. The key challenge is to assess how
the complete package will exhibit
sustainability. Each element of the package
needs to be assessed for its contribution to
sustainability. Packaging can be altered at
times to provide a more desirable offering and
easy access to the masses especially in the
context of heritage sites. However, packaging
may alter the core tourism product and hence
may result into loss of expected authenticity of
