         General Fund Offering

                                                           August Jan—Aug

                General Fund Offering 9,677.13 71,554.70
                General Fund Expenses 10,232.52 82,289.02

                Shortage 555.39 10,734.32

The above general fund income is from offerings & interest earned.

It does not include the $7,500 loan from the SBA’s Paycheck Protection
Program. That is a liability for Trinity until the loan can be forgiven. The
government still isn’t accepting any forgiveness paperwork.

Trinity has been able to make the mortgage payment every month. When
there isn’t enough offering to make the payment there is money in a

designated fund to make up the difference for the payment. At the end of
August there is $14,681.29 in the mortgage fund.

The area that Trinity is struggling with is the offering to the general fund.
It’s not enough to just pay the mortgage payments. Trinity needs money
for general fund expenses such as heating, mowing, salaries, worship

         supplies, etc.

         Trinity Needs a Treasurer

It isn’t as much work as it used to be.

Our accountant pays the bills and generates the monthly reports. She also takes care of pay-
roll. You would be responsible for seeing that the checks that she writes get signed and dis-

tributed. Preparing the annual proposed budget with the help of a budget team would also
be part of your responsibility. Attending Council meetings would be another responsibility.

Let the office know if you are interested in doing this.
