GERRY E. SHANNON is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and
structuring the equity, mezzanine debt and first mortgage capital for
Triad Properties’ developments and acquisitions. He has arranged for
$780 million of debt and equity capital for more than 8.3 million square feet of
transactions. Mr. Shannon is also involved with the Triad Properties’
acquisitions and developments.
Prior to forming Triad Properties Corporation in 1993, Mr. Shannon was a
principal of the Huntsville, Alabama accounting firm of Faulkner, Shannon, Hill
and Fogg, P.C. During his career as a Certified Public Accountant, he
provided management advisory services to local real estate companies,
specializing in structuring real estate partnerships and financing.
Mr. Shannon received both Accounting and Business Administration degrees
from Middle Tennessee State University, and also earned his Certified Public
Accountant designation. He resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife,
Cynthia.
W IILLIAM R. STROUD is responsible for overseeing Triad Properties
Corporation’s acquisitions, dispositions and developments. He is
been involved with the identifying opportunities, underwriting
markets, and compiling the due diligence for more than 8.3 million square feet
of office, medical office and industrial acquisitions and developments. Mr.
Stroud is also involved with the capitalization Triad Properties’ acquisitions and
developments.
Before forming Triad Properties Corporation, Mr. Stroud participated in
numerous real estate partnerships that were responsible for the development,
leasing and management of more than 1.5 million square feet in Huntsville,
Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia from 1984 to 1993. Prior to his real estate
career, Mr. Stroud was employed as a Certified Public Accountant for Arthur
Anderson Company in Atlanta.
Mr. Stroud received a MTA degree from the University of Alabama after
earning a BS degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of
Alabama. He resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife, Leesa.
