maximize the real estate asset’s
cash flow and appreciation
potential. Services include
analysis of market repositioning,
lease options, expansion
opportunities, contraction
alternatives, acquisitions,
dispositions, refinancing, sale and
leaseback, credit enhancements
and equity joint ventures. Upon
agreement, Triad will implement
its recommendations.
