Corporate Overview
Triad Properties Corporation (Triad) is a multi-disciplined real estate investment and
operating company that offers real estate development, acquisition, disposition, equity and
debt financing, site selection, advisory, asset management, property management, and leasing
services on its behalf and to a select group of companies, private investors, financial
institutions and institutional clients. Triad specializes in office, medical office, industrial, self-
storage and mixed-use projects. Since its inception in 1993, Triad and related entities have
acquired and developed more than 8.3 million square feet of product throughout the Southeast
and Southwest.
Triad has developed over 20 projects with Trammell Crow Company and other national,
regional and local partners, has sold properties to pension fund advisors from Boston to San-
Francisco, has contributed property in exchange for stock in real estate investment trusts
(REITS), such as Highwoods Properties, and has received institutional investment capital from
insurance companies, such as CIGNA, university endowment funds and mezzanine lenders,
such as Chicago-based Heller Financial.
