principals, Mr. William R. Stroud, and Mr. Gerry E. Shannon, are Certified Public Accountants that are
members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The principals’ hands-on
experience, coupled with the firm’s creativity and real estate acquisition, development and brokerage
