CAVEAT! NO JUDGMENT!


               Do NOT judge any of the feelings that come up.
               There is no need for that: it is counter-productive!


               Thinking, "Oh, my God, how weak I am to feel this
               way!" or "Anger is not a good emotion to have, I
               should be more forgiving," or simply "I should not

               feel that way" is dis-empowering.

               A feeling is a feeling is a feeling.

               If you have it, acknowledge it. Stuffing it down does
               NOT work and causes dis-eases.


               Why  would  you  get  sick  to  be  "socially
               acceptable?" This Wheel of Healing can be done in
               the  privacy  of  your  home  or  with  a  trained

               professional.  Nobody  is  going  to  blame  you  for
               having these feelings... except you.

               Once acknowledged, you can choose whether you

               want to keep it, get rid of it, or evolve it.

               Using  the  Wheel  of  Healing  to  deconstruct
               thoughts,  ideas,  events,  projects,  or  goals  is
               empowering.


                It will allow you to pinpoint emotions or feelings,
               and to move onto a more useful and creative frame
               of mind.
