5.      The PSYCHOSOMATIC CONNECTION: You will

               draw the last circle around all the others, but this one does
               not have to be parted into segments. This is the Mind-Body
               Connection.





























                    This exercise is accomplished in a relaxed,
                                   meditative state.

               Allow yourself to take a couple of deep, cleansing

               breaths.  Focus  on  your  breathing  for  a  few
               moments,  allowing  full  breaths,  deep  into  your
               abdomen.


               Once you feel a sense of relaxation, bring up this
               Wheel of Healing in the Theater of your Mind and
               ask where in your body this challenge is located.
