irritated,  furious,  resentful,  enraged,  livid,  held

               back,  hindered,  defeated,  guilty,  inadequate,
               unworthy, overloaded, overwhelmed, alone...

               Once  again,  the  best  way  to  release  and  relieve

               these  feelings  is  to  use  the  Tapping  Techniques
               (Chapter 4).

               There are many other techniques, but this one is

               almost instant and as painless as possible.

               Another way  is  to  feel the emotion fully,  i.e.,  to
               literally dive into it. I’ve done it several times, just
               to test the process. It will crescendo, reach an apex

               and subside.

               It's a bit more drastic and can be frightening, so get
               some support if you choose this route. However,

               the  emotion  WILL  subside  and  leave  you  with  a
               peaceful sensation.
