Objectively look at the scene in the Theater of your

               Mind. Look at it objectively, observe it.

               Do NOT let your mind have the upper hand, or your
               feelings take a hold of you.


               There will be time for feelings later.

               At this time, you want to objectively concentrate
               on the setting where the event took place.


               If you feel tension mounting, pause for a moment.
               Stretch, drink some water...

               Again,  it  is  advisable  to  have  a  trusted  friend  or
               counselor  with  you  if  you  are  dealing  with

               something traumatic.

               Tears may need to be shed.

               If  you know how  to use the Tapping Techniques

               (EFT,  BSFF  or  my  own  version,  called  the
               F.R.E.E.D.O.M. Techniques), use them as soon as
               you feel an inkling of distress (See Chapter 4).
