Handling trauma alone can be very... traumatic.

Learn this debriefing process one step at a time.
Become proficient in the use of the Tapping
Techniques, an investment of time and/or money

               you will not regret.

Use the Wheel of Healing regularly, until you can
instantly separate an event into facts, feelings, and
potential losses (or gains). It will empower you to

control your mind, which tends to run amuck in
tense situations, sending you on a worry path or
putting you in the victim mode. Debrief!

It’s a great tool for self-help, as well as for ADAAA
advocates and mental health practitioners to use
               with their clients.

From my own experience with ADAAA advocates,
they are often frustrated because their clients
cannot concentrate; they are “too emotional.”

Doing a quick Wheel of Healing can help shift their

attention, so legal work can proceed.

When confusion reigns and your mind wanders all
over the place… STOP! Sit at a table and focus on a

               Wheel of Healing.
