3.      THE FEELINGS: Make another circle around

               the  Facts  Circle,  again  separating  it  into  several
               segments (as many as you need), as shown below.
               In each segment, write down a FEELING.





























               What  FEELINGS  do  we  find  connected  to  that
               trauma?

               When we get traumatized, we go through an array
               of feelings, as described in one of my other e-books

               From Loss to New Life.

               We start in a state of shock, then move to denial,
               mourning, grieving, sadness, anger, fear, anxiety,

               worry, depression, confusion, frustration...
