CONGRATULATIONS!

               This may have been a challenging exercise, and you

               made it.

               You should now have a clearer picture of what is
               truly  happening  regarding  a  specific  event  or

               trauma you have been working on.

               You have deconstructed and analyzed an aspect of
               the  problem/challenge.  You  have  made  new

               distinctions;  they  will  allow  you  to  find  the
               direction in which to move, and to move toward it
               faster.  No  longer  will  you  be  stagnating,  with
               thoughts running amuck in your mind.


               This Wheel of Healing can be done over and over,
               with as many titles as are useful.

               With  practice,  it  will  become  an  almost

               instantaneous  reaction:  you  will  separate  facts
               from feelings, count your losses and find the mind-
               body  connection.  When  that  is  realized,  the
               doorway is open to move on.


               In some circles, it is believed that we should strive
               to  always  feel  good.  Sometimes,  it  is  an  almost
               impossible  feat.  However,  the  Wheel  of  Healing

               will allow you to feel "just a little bit better." It is a
               step, however small, in the right direction.
