               Strange? Yes, and amazingly effective.

               I learn to “unwind” myself on my bed (king size on

               the floor). I would lie on the bed, focus on an issue,
               and  allow  my  body  to  move  as  it  saw  fit.  Many
               tensions got released that way.

               Getting rid of bodily tension  is  crucial to survive

               tough times.

               There are many ways to release them, whether you
               do  it  using  the  Tapping  Techniques,  Imagery,

               Hypnosis, massages, or any other therapy you find
               helpful.

               Letting them accumulate leads to dis-eases down

               the  road.  Stay  healthy  and  free  of  accumulated
               stress.
