I’ve met some people who are afraid of anything

that comes close to “imagery” believing it is from
the devil and opens the door for malicious
               interferences.

To the contrary, knowing how to use one’s
imagination for good is a God-given gift we all
               possess.

We all know how to awfulize or catastrophize. That

she felt the need to relax. I drove her there. She
asked me to pick her back up a few hours later,
               which I did.

On the drive back to pick her up, my mind started
to play tricks on me. “Don’t you know Red Rock
Canyon is a dangerous place? They have found

cadavers there. What if she has disappeared? What
if you never find her? How irresponsible you are!”

I soon realized I was awfulizing. My kids and I had
enjoyed watching the series CSI-Las Vegas… and of
