out of bed by sheer willpower. I was on a
natural high, and staying up there.
I took the sheet of paper that had been given
to the participants during the Grudermeyer
workshop. It just showed a few of the
tapping points. I started tapping and tapping
and tapping... daily, often for two hours at a
time, after the children had gone to bed.
Although I had been a confident and
independent young woman traveling in
many parts of the world, I had become a
fearful doormat, having spent almost twenty
years in an abusive relationship.
I was isolated, lived
in fear, even terror. I
had many issues I
wanted to get rid of,
to find myself again.
I tapped and tapped, and the fears, phobias,
trauma and pain started to disappear, one
after another.
