energized. I put that on the count of being
"high" from having had such a good time in
Los Angeles, meeting colleagues and
exchanging ideas, as well as listening to
outstanding speakers.
The following Thursday, a colleague and
friend of mine came to visit. She noticed a
difference.
She asked me why I was so
joyful and looked like I was
full of energy. I explained
that I had attended a great
convention, and that I had
learned a "silly technique"
which was supposed to
give me energy... but that
it would all be history after
I had my periods.
But it did not become history. My energy
level was up, and staying up. I would wake
up every morning, eager and ready to start
the day. No longer did I need to drag myself
