TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
The evolution of the internet has changed fundamentally how consumers perceive brands as well as
purchase of goods. There is a clear power shift from the brand to the consumer, as the consumer is
empowered to make informed decisions based on information the internet provides easy access to. In
contrast with consumers 10 years ago, consumers today are able to access word-of-mouth
recommendations, reviews and easily become digital producers. With this ease in accessibility,
consumers are more empowered to provide constructive advice on the credibility of a product or service.
The need for call centre facilities continues to increase in Tanzania as economy continues to grow.
Organizations requires call centres for various reason such as providing services to customers, handle
queries, Online Sales, Product Promotions, offer product support, carry out telemarketing or market
research, conducting surveys etc.
With the view of the above lead FINEST IMAGE COMPANY LIMITED (FICL) to prepare proposed
partnership agreement with VIASERVICE FINANCIAL SERVISER (TANZANIA) LIMITED as Digital
Marketing and Call center service partners with aim at raising awareness and aiding the sales generation
to help the company increase its profitability.
