           ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

           Herein FICL will manage all digital marketing proposed Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin
           with extra fee management of YouTube Channel. From the above List will open only new which are yet
           to be opened and manage the existing one. Account management includes managing the relevance of all
           post and manage all response making sure followers are getting the satisfactory service 24/7. Also
           includes  managing  the  ghost  followers  and removing  irrelevant response  which  can  tarnish image
           Viaservice, Timely response of the inquires. For quality and assurance management we use Hootsuite
           and buffer system



           CONTENT CREATION


           FICL will be developing the content with captions, hashtags for posting with plan of at least one post per
           day  directly  about  what  we  offer  with  option  of  extra  post  depending  with  current  trend  such  as
           Motivation, holidays etc. Our content will mainly focus on engaging followers intends to change
           prospect to consumer and retain the existing consumer which will ultimately increase sales. Format of
           our content will be Static graphics, animation and short clips. We will be covering at least 2 visual
           coverage per month and alternative the Education Video that provides experience of the service offered
           by VIASERVICE.
