D.  Module Usage Instructions
                       This module is divided into 2 parts, namely:

                            Learning Activities (Learning Activity) 1. Let's Read
                            Learning Activities (Learning Activity) 2. Let's Write
                       To make it easier for you to study this module, pay attention to the following things.
                            Read your Module carefully
                            Do each exercise as directed
                            Study the explanation carefully.
                            If you encounter difficulties in completing assignments, consult with your teacher.
                            Use a dictionary if necessary.

                   E.  Learning Materials
                          Social Function
                              Establish  emotional  closeness  between  relatives,  colleagues,  office  staff,
                           entrepreneurs  and  customers  etc.,  by  writing  notifications  about  events  important,
                           such as birth, marriage, graduation, moving to a new building, etc.
                          Text Structure
                              The announcement structure can take the form:
                           -  Main idea
                           -  Detailed information
                          Linguistic Elements
                           -  Phrases and vocabulary commonly used in announcements (announcement).
                           -  Correct use of singular and plural nominals with or without a, the, this, those, my,
                              their, etc. in nominal phrases.
                           -  Correct use of verbs in active and passive forms.
                           -  Correct use of prepositions for place and time.
                           -  Pronunciation, word stress, intonation
                           -  Spelling and punctuation
                           -  Handwriting
                           Topic
                              Important  events  or  activities  related  to  students'  lives  school,  home,  and
                           community by providing examples about honest, disciplined, confident, cooperative
                           and responsible behavior.
