AUSTIN REGION’S REPORT

               NEW AUSTIN OFFICE!

               In February we were able to move into our new, spacious workplace in the Park on Barton Creek’s
               Building Two that will be our Austin home at least through May 2030. This allowed us to align with the
               hybrid work schedule that the rest of the firm had been following since October 2021.

               Our office building is located about 5 miles southwest of downtown Austin, at the intersection of two
               major highways, but nestled within the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Our space is on the ground floor, with
               floor-to-ceiling glass showcasing the wooded greenbelt just outside. Wild turkeys, bobcats, foxes, and
               other woodland creatures stop by to peer in at us while we work, so it is a lot like being in a Disney
               movie. While there are still some final touches and furniture additions to be made, we have found that
               the space fosters creativity, supports collaboration, and builds community.



























               NEW FORT WORTH OFFICE!
                                                                        With Steve Hafer joining the firm in July
                                                                        and Charlie Kearns following in August
                                                                        (see more about them below), we took
                                                                        the opportunity to sublet a small office
                                                                        in downtown Fort Worth, which is
                                                                        nearer to their homes in North Texas.
                                                                        While, in Steve’s opinion, it currently has
                                                                        the air of an actuary’s office, this location
               will allow us the opportunity to broaden our reach in Texas and better recruit staff and pursue project
               opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
