brand to all team members. Areas of focus for the group include Workplace Culture, FGM
Southern Region Brand/Marketing, Physical Workplace Environment, Staff Retention and
Recruitment, Office Morale and overall Employee Health. This group has just begun working
together and we look forward to progressing into FY18.

With the changes in staff and our recent success in St. Louis, it was evident a shift had been
occurring in the Region. Through 2017, the St. Louis and O’Fallon offices were similar in staff
resources with 2-3 junior staff, 2-3 mid-level staff and 2-3 senior staff in each office respectively.
The sharing of staff was occurring across the offices with learning and growing happening
somewhat inconsistently in each location. Early in FY17, we were extremely busy in the Region
and a decision was made to temporarily consolidate the Region staff in O’Fallon to better handle
the workload. This occurrence not only made us more efficient, but had a positive impact on the
culture and environment. There was a renewed energy with everyone together that was
infectious. Then, later in the year, we hired Paul Luzecky in our St. Louis office for design leadership
in the Region. It became clear soon after, with the growth in the Region in St. Louis and the positive
culture we created for junior and mid-level staff together in one office, a relocation of all
production and design staff would be a good move for the Region. So, effective January 1, 2018,
St. Louis has become the production office for the Region with O’Fallon becoming a Client and
Project Management office. Kevin Meyer has assumed the responsibilities of internal operations
management and will handle staffing, training and quality within the Region from the St. Louis
office. This move does not suggest we are turning our backs on Southern or Southwestern Illinois.
On the contrary, this move will, in the end, strengthen our position and growth in Illinois.
