the Greater Austin of Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, and as a resource
for Austin Independent School District during their effort to educate voters on the 2022
bond.

FY 23- Goals

1. Continued research on how to be successful in the PK-12 market in central Texas and north Texas
a. For public school districts, continue to review past and planned May and November
bond programs along with other projected bond programs.
b. Identify, contact, and meet with district decision makers and other influencers.
c. Research and update private and parochial schools information to determine key
contacts, recent projects, growth projections, likely competitors, potential consultants,
etc.
d. Establish relationships with the top 5 to 10 private/parochial schools with upcoming
opportunities.
2. Contact districts/schools to introduce FGMA and our capabilities; follow up on regular basis.
