The Art                                                                                                                                                                                    Sesame Tempura




                                                                                                                                                                                                   Lobster Tails


                                                                                                                                                                                                         served with
                                                                                                                                                                                                 Wasabi Avocado Moose,
                         of Food                                                                                                                                                          Ingredients for Tempura
                                                                                                                                                                                                Steamed Jasmine Rice, and

                                                                                                                                                                                                     Pickled Vegetables



                                                                                                                                                                                          500g corn flour
                                                                                                                                                                                          250g self-raising flour
                                                                                                                                                                                          30ml white vinegar
                                                                                                                                                                                          500ml soda water
                                                                                                                                                                                          2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

                                                                                                                                                                                          - Combine the vinegar and soda

                                                                                                                                                                                          water in a bowl.
                                                                                                                                                                                          - Mix in dry ingredients until a
                                                                                                                                                                                          batter consistency coats the back of
                                                                                                                                                                                          a spoon.

                                                                                                                                                                                          - Dust the Lobster Tails with corn
                                                                                                                                                                                          flour and dip into the batter.
                                                                                                                                                                                           - Fry in hot vegetable oil for ap-
                                                                                                                                                                                          prox. 4-5mins each

                                                                                                                                                                                          - Serve with condiments of choice
                                                                                                                                                                                          or as per photo
