3.3 STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS OF ORGANIZATION

3.3.1 STRENGTHS

• There are various of facilities provided in this organization such as printer,

parking and access of internet.

• Staff provide good cooperation to train us.
• All staff are well experienced and expert.

• Apply the knowledge that has been learned before.

• Held various programs.

• Have a close relationship between the lecturers, staff and students.
• Have an Islamic surrounding.

3.3.2 WEAKNESS

• Limited place for intern student.

• Limited facilities in department education.

3.3.3 SUGGESTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT

i. Create a suitable framework for practical students to make it easier for practical

students to carry out the tasks given. And this also makes it easier for the firm's
supervisor to check the student's assignment results as well as it can be a

checklist for students.
ii. Organizations need to provide computers for practical students so that it is easy

for practical students to do work and also all work results can be saved directly

in the computer so any problems of missing documents and so on can be
avoided as well.

iii. The organization needs to provide comprehensive guidance about the task or

work that will be done by practical students so that the operation process of a
task can run and be done smoothly.
