                         ii.   Record softcopy and hardcopy data.

                         iii.   Data analysis and referencing centre.
                         iv.   Workflow collection point.




                        Customer Service Department


                          i.   Connecting companies with customers.

                         ii.   Serving customers or guests who are present.
                         iii.   Become a company representative for customers to deal with.
