ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Firstly, Alhamdulillah praise to Allah S.W.T as our creator in the name Allah, Most

Gracious, Most Merciful. Praise to be Allah who created the universe and peace be

upon the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and with His blessing I manage to
finish my training industry within the period time set by the university and until the

researcher manage to finish this research with successfully.

A special thank you to my supervisor, Miss Nurul Nadia Binti Halim (Head of

Department Administration and Operational). It has been extremely beneficial to me

and has provided me with direction in the process of learning to execute my
assignments during my industry training here.

Thank you also to all the staff at Murtadha Dakwah Centre at Sungai Petani
who also helped me directly or indirectly throughout my internship here. I am very

comfortable and happy that the people around me are so friendly and easy for me to
manage myself in this organization. In addition, a special thank you to my parents who

always understood and supported me in making decisions and choosing the

organization to conduct my internship.
