 Convenient location: HMS’ corporate office is located half a mile from Windward Parkway
and McGinnis Ferry.
 Web based Capabilities:
o On-line Management software
o provides a transparent tool for your board members to review the community’s
invoices, assessment payments, financial statements, ACC applications,
violation letters, etc., at their convenience and from any location.
o Homeowners may log-in to make credit card or bank draft payments, view their
personal payment history and correspondence.
o HMS Fix It App – allows homeowners to report any issues in your community quickly.
 Monthly Financial Reports are delivered by the 5 business day of each month.

 Director and Officer Orientation classes are free of charge to our clients.
 Professional Management Company with Certified Managers:
o HMS is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®)
o All of our managers are certified or are working towards Certified Manager of
Community Associations (CMCA®)
 Optional Add-On Professional Services:
o Project Management – project manager on staff to facilitate larger projects, including
landscaping oversight (similar to OLM services).
o Investment Management – multi-bank treasury management, fully insured by the FDIC
o Credit Reporting – reports all positive and negative assessment payment history.

This following price is based on the scope of work defined in the RFP dated March 1 , 2017:

 $9,995 per month
 There is a one-time account establishment fee of $2,800.00
o HMS does NOT charge for faxes, office supplies, check stock, and storage of your
association records. However, HMS must charge for incidental collection services, copies
and scanned documents, as well as first class postage.
o There are add-on professional services that are available for the Board’s consideration at
additional fees.
