The future of Urban Pathways depends on our ability to collectively—Board, leaders, workforce--
collaborate around the strategic priorities and goals outlined in this Plan.
Board Committees and the Senior Team identified overarching objectives and key results (OKRs)
to bring focus to our collective efforts. These purpose driven, collaborative strategies help us
concentrate, individually and collectively, on the actionable steps we need to take to support and
create Urban Pathways’ desired future. These targets or OKRs help us clarify, make better
decisions, and prioritize what we all can and must do to be successful.
In 2029, when we take look back over the past five years, we want to see specific, measurable and
meaningful results in expanded housing and services, tenant responsive services, positive
reputation, disrupting discrimination and funds matching our needs:
• 600+ new units
