Values at Urban Pathway drive who we are and what we do. They remind us of who we are and

what is important to us as we engage in living our mission together.
We used a thoughtful, comprehensive and intentional process to identify core values and explore

the underlying beliefs and behaviors that support them. These core values emerged from multiple
conversations and interactions across our community, involving the Board, the senior team and

program leaders, our workforce, our tenants and our consumer advocates. Through interviews,
surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions we developed and agreed to core values that unify

and connect us to each other and those we serve. These values are the operating principles that

guide our decisions and actions. Sharing these core values is the way we ensure that we are "all
in" this together.

These values unite us in our commitment to our colleagues as we serve the people who need
us most and care for our communities. With the growth of our size, programs, multiple

locations, positions and services, this becomes the unifying framework we use for every
service we deliver and each person we serve.
