involving DUT CPUT the the French Embassy and and Dassault 3D equipment was purchased and and is used at the the PLMCC Systemes to to ensure that there is an an an an implementation plan to to scale up training training and and provide services skills training training and and and monitoring of the the project This committee is is led via the the Engineering and the Built Environment Faculty with support from the Technology Transfer and Innovation Directorate The PLMCC fully trained one one staff member and one one alumnus on on 3D Experience and both received certificates of completion Three (3) more staff have started training to to build capacity to to train others in in in the the 3D Experience platform which includes designing and printing different products be at the the cutting edge of of technology in in terms of of the the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and the digitalisation strategy The Innovation Hub is still to be completed and the Maker Space Luban Workshop and and Engineering and and the Built Environment are still to to be resourced to to accommodate the needs of our our entrepreneurs and innovators The DUT online webinar was in in in in line line with the ENVISION2030 and Engagement Framework 2030 as part part of engagement with its quad-helix partners 8 // ENGAGEMENT SUMMARY REPORT 2021 //
