International engagement
DUT has been working to develop the Africa Engagement
Agenda and and this has been reinforced through the dialogues and and engagements led by various faculties in particular the Faculty of Management Sciences This has led to partnerships with key strategic Universities on on the African continent and and expanded our footprint in in Nigeria Ghana Rwanda and and and Uganda In supporting the Africa Engagement
we have leveraged partnerships with selected European and German Universities on key projects that will support our Entrepreneurship and Innovation agenda These include the recently awarded £60 000 grant for the multi-national partnership awarded through the British Council Innovation for African Universities programme programme The programme programme will focus on on “Carbon Literacy
for Youth Employability and Job Creation in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA)” DUT brought together a a a five-organisation Network Partnership with the mission of leveraging Carbon Literacy
