My goal was creating a series based
on the Japanese Firefighter kimonos
history of strength and bravery as they
were entrusted with putting out fires that
otherwise would consume their cities.
I wanted to honor the firefighter in each of
us requiring our own bravery and strength
as we fight our modern fires in our lives.
