This season was one of transition for the JV Lacrosse team. The squad operated under diffi­ cult conditions.
The advancement of Senior M ark Precopio and Sophomore Chris Fletcher hurt the team throughout the season. Bill Stein and Steve Buckler carried the weight of the crucial mid- field positions. Casey O’Hara was moved from
his forward slot to fill Mark Procopio’s vacated goalie position, while Todd Bradbury held the defense together under heavy pressure.
The team just never seemed to hit its stride, partially because of a change in coaches early in the season. With a large number of returning underclassmen, prospects look brighter for their next season.
