Brothers number nine but bat five hundred
A topsy-turvy year was the experience of the Varsity Baseball squad. Under the guidance of second year Coach Tom Dot- terer, the team had accumulated a .500 record in league play and 14-13 overall. When the dust had cleared, the highlight of a tough season was the twice-achieved victory over Bishop Ludden. Shortstop Paul Vinceguerra and first basemanjim Morgan turned in sterling performances on the diamond.
Morgan, along with Senior Mike Fanto, achieved all city status.
"We have to replace these seniors”, was the concerned com ment of Coach Dotterer. While the loss of several key Seniors will be sorely felt, talented underclassmen Don McClure, Matt Riordan, and Kevin Burdick should easily take up the slack.
