A Breakthrough In Government
he Student Senate experienced a sharp
change in its leadership for this year by
Telecting its first female fo the presidency.
Jackie Wilson, as CBA class President, brought
a new enlightened view that would maximize
student interest at CBA. Wilson was joined by
vice-president Jamie Tankersley, secretary Jay-
Ion Niekras, and treasurer Jonathan Micale.
The new leadership held many pep rallies
and dances that brought students back for eve­
ning activities. The events were original and
well-planned.
Mr. Roache acted as the moderator for the
organization and provided ample help to the
club. Expenses were carefully watched allowing
the group to pay for new events.
The next officers will have to work hard to
be as successful as this year's leaders. Thank
