lthough the Junior High Student Senate
had some trouble getting all of its rep­
resentatives together at the after-school
meetings, they were still able to accomplish a

great deal. During the Christmas season, the
Senate had a very successful candy cane sale
which raised a large sum of money. The Senate
has also organized a dance, and the turnout
was encouraging. They have even managed to
plan a few dress-down days. The Senate is
working very hard to bring the junior high what
they want in order to have a more enjoyable
