ECA Annual Membership Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Commodore Bud Brown at 7:02 PM.

Commodore’s Report – Bud Brown
The Commodore welcomed everyone to the 2024 ECA Annual Meeting and
thanked all those in attendance. Bud reviewed the recent history of boat building
and parts. Building fleets continues to be the focus of the class. Bud
encouraged everyone to build a balanced calendar of events at the fleet level to
encourage their members to get out on the water and enjoy their Ensign.

Reading of the minutes
The minutes of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting were approved and are
available on the Class website under Documents.

Roll Call of Fleets
Fifteen fleets were present: 1, 2, 5, 17, 18, 23, 29, 33, 35, 51, 57, 63, 70, 72, 73.
Thirty-four ECA members were in attendance. Past Commodores in attendance
– Pete Kogut, Zeke Durica, John Cutler, Elizabeth Brinklow, Mike LaHaye, Ward
Woodruff and Eric Jones.
