Coastline Show Chorus

Happy 2021! We’re all glad to see 2020 come to an end. Let’s hope that 2021 can live up to all the
expectations everyone has. The members of the Coastline Show Chorus are optimistic that it will!

Like all of you, we’ve spent many months seeing each other in little boxes on our computers each
Wednesday night. But, we did manage a couple of outdoor gatherings. We met in the parking lot of our
rehearsal facility on a gorgeous day in September and on another lovely day in October. Although we
didn’t sing, it was wonderful to see each other in person – masked and socially distanced – but in
person. Those events gave all of us quite a boost.

Coastline was also very fortunate to receive a grant from the Champlin Foundation which is a
philanthropic foundation in Rhode Island. Because of their generosity we were able to purchase 3 new
sets of Wenger risers! We CAN NOT WAIT to able to stand on them and sing our hearts out!

We’ve also been fortunate to have many guests visit and share their talents and expertise over the last
several months. Joe Connolly, Lynda Keever, Dale Syverson, Corinna Gariock, Pat Feldman, Angie
Kunasek, Cay Outerbridge and Nancy Field have all given of their time and talents and we appreciate
them all very much!

We closed the year with a virtual holiday party. We played some games, shared lots of laughs, sang and
spent time enjoying one another. It was an excellent way to wrap up 2020 for the Coastline Show
Chorus. We look forward to being with all of you soon. In the meantime, stay safe and stay Region 1
Strong!
