5.  In  a  small  pot  over  medium  heat,  bring  the  raspberr y  jam  to  a

                simmer. Remove the jam from the heat and cool slightly, about 5
                minutes,  before  spreading  about  1  teaspoon  jam  on  each  cookie
                bottom.  Place  one  of  the  hearts  with  a  cutout  on  top  of  each  and

                dust with confectioners’ sugar.
