3 Combine all salad ingredients together in a large bowl and toss to
combine.
4 Combine all dressing ingredients in a small sealable container.
Secure the lid and vigorously shake the container for 1 to 2 minutes
or until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
5 Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Serve to a gathering of hungry hobbits and dwarves!
* Pomegranate seeds can burst easily while being removed from
the husk, so it is important to work carefully while deseeding to
avoid juice stains. However, pre-seeded pomegranate arils can
be purchased in the produce section of most grocery stores
when in season.
