8 Take 1 pair and gently twist it into a spiral log. Pull the log gently
until it is approximately 2 to 3 inches longer and tie into a knot by
crossing the 2 strands, tucking 1 end through the loop (don’t pull it—
only tuck), and tucking the other end under the knot.
9 Repeat with all remaining pairs, placing them an equal distance
apart on the baking sheets. Cover and allow to rise for another 45
minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
10 Bake for 15 minutes, flipping and rotating the pans halfway
through. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet.
11 For the glaze, place butter and garlic in a small microwave-safe
bowl. Microwave on high until butter is melted, approximately 30
seconds. Stir to evenly disperse garlic. Brush rolls with melted butter
mix and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon Parmesan on each bun.
Serve warm to your friends to protect them from vampires!
* The prep and rise times for each dough should line up so that
the black dough is ready to be punched down by the time the red
dough has been separated and rolled.
