Makes 15 garlic knots

“Somehow, I do not dread being alone to-night, and I can go to sleep without fear. I shall not
mind any flapping outside the window. . . . I never liked garlic before, but to-night it is
                                                         delightful!”
                                                           —Lucy

Don’t worry—these buns don’t bite! However, if you’re a vampire you may find them quite
repulsive, since they’re packed with seven cloves of garlic!
