Bone-in turkey breast is a great alternative to a whole turkey if you’re not feeding a large
crowd. This honey- and lemon-glazed dish pairs beautifully with blackberry wine sauce.
INGREDIENTS
For the Turkey
1 (4-lb.) frozen bone-in turkey breast, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
For the Blackberry Sauce
1 lb. frozen blackberries
1 cup sweet blackberry wine
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
