The suturing of the vein graft is performed using an Ikuta clamp, which allows the vessel to
               be flipped and facilitates the approximation of the two vein segments via a sliding rail
               mechanism on the clamp's two branches. Two simple clamps are also used to interrupt
               proximal and distal blood flow.
